Hi, I'm Eoin

I'm a results-driven ecommerce consultant and AI builder with over 6 years of experience in fashion, beauty, and consumer brands — now based in London. I've spent my career working inside global ecommerce operations, helping brands grow from the inside out: building trading strategies, launching marketplaces, driving conversion, and solving complex operational challenges.

Over the last two years I've added a new dimension to that work. As AI tools have matured, I've gone deep on practical implementation — building automated workflows in N8N, developing custom AI agents with Claude, Gemini, and Vertex AI, and scripting Google Apps Script automations that save agencies hours every week. The combination of real ecommerce domain knowledge and hands-on AI skills is rare, and it's what I bring to every engagement.

My Background

At Pattern (July 2022 – present) I've served as a strategic ecommerce consultant, working across a portfolio of global brands including:

  • Converse — Digital Trading Manager for the AU/NZ market, managing full-funnel DTC strategy and commercial performance
  • Rip Curl — Led Amazon Marketplace launch and expansion across AU, UK, and US, from account setup through to ongoing performance management
  • New Era — Site optimisation strategy covering UX/UI, CRO, and full-funnel analysis resulting in significant improvements across key trading metrics
  • Thankyou — Digital Trading Manager overseeing full DTC strategy, promotional planning, and commercial forecasting
  • Healthlab — Developed a multi-year growth roadmap including US market entry and marketplace launch strategy
  • Petbarn — Comprehensive CRO audit identifying UX/UI friction points and prioritised revenue opportunities
  • M&A Due Diligence — Technical and commercial audits for private equity firms acquiring consumer brands across AU, USA, UK, Germany, and Japan

I also served as Department Lead for AI Productisation at Pattern, identifying and embedding AI-driven efficiencies across ecommerce workflows — from content generation pipelines to automated reporting and AI-assisted trading analysis.

Prior to Pattern, I was Ecommerce & Marketing Manager at BuJo Restaurant (2020–2022), running a full ecommerce operation including platform management, email marketing, paid ads, SEO, and 3PL logistics.

My Approach

I believe the best ecommerce strategy has to be grounded in data and built for real-world execution. And increasingly, the best execution involves AI — not as a buzzword, but as a practical toolkit for doing more with less. Every brand and agency has a different set of constraints, audiences, and opportunities. My job is to understand those deeply, then build solutions that actually get implemented.
